Micro Digital is currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Micro Digital, Inc. has an opening in its Costa Mesa office for an Embedded Software Salesperson to sell our products, including RTOS, USB stack, file system, TCP/IP stack, and GUI. The following describe our ideal candidate:
   1. Smart, highly motivated, high-energy person.
   2. Wants to sell. Good personality for selling. Must have some sales experience.
   3. Friendly and easy to work with.
   4. Hard worker and well-organized.
   5. Good communication skills – verbal and written.
   6. Local – must work out of our office.
   7. Reasonably quiet and focused – not a big talker.
   8. Honest and loyal – long histories with past employers. Willing to work here for the long haul and help to build MDI up.
   9. ICS degree. Some embedded programming experience desirable.
   10. 5-10 years experience.
   11. Willing to learn our products and markets.
   12. Willing to learn our sales technique and to utilize it.
   13. Understands marketing and willing to help with it.
   14. Willing to man booths at shows. Will require traveling about 6 times a year.
   15. Reasonable base salary and commission expectations.
   16. Must be own FAE: able to operate demos and interface with programmers both outside and inside of MDI.
   17. Able to interact with our programming team effectively.
   18. Realistic concerning what can and cannot be accomplished in a given time concerning product improvements.
   19. Pragmatic and willing to focus on selling what we have.
   20. Able to identify trends and needs for new products or features.
