Product Brief

Remote-Target Debugger
  • Supports protected-mode 16- and 32 bit applications using pmEasy.
  • Supports target-resident pmMon monitor, which is built into pmEasy.
  • Access memory and view data references while target is running.
  • Stop target even when no breakpoints are set.
  • Step n times, step into or over procedures, go to cursor position, go until breakpoint, fault or key press, go until return from procedures n times.
  • Click on a pointer to display and follow linked lists.
  • Click on a variable to view or modify its value, type, and address; click again to place variable in watch window.
  • Click on a function call to view source code.
  • Windows for displaying source code, memory, watch variables, registers, trace, help, processor structures, log files and symbols including arrays, structures, unions and enumerated types.
  • Supports application I/O via serial link to monitor.
  • Can use a second PC to start debugging before target hardware is available.
